- Digitized the railroad's 92-day locomotive inspection form and designed a workflow to auto-populate a Word template and route generated PDF reports to leadership, replacing a manual paper process for 10+ locomotives.
- Authored an operational improvement memo after observing a live yard spill, proposing containment berms at railcar transload friction points to reduce remediation cost and crew exposure; presented findings and recommendations to company leadership.
